Thank you for choosing CrawlerMate. We are committed to transparency in our delivery process, especially for our pre-order customers. Please review the terms below regarding your allocation and shipping timelines.
Secure Your Allocation
Pre-orders reserve a position within the current production allocation, subject to manufacturing schedules, component availability and final order confirmation. Due to high demand and limited phase releases, your payment ensures priority allocation. Cancellations after production has commenced may be subject to restocking fees as outlined in our general sales agreement.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Production lead times are currently estimated at 2-3 weeks following the conclusion of the pre-order phase. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, component availability, testing requirements, freight delays and other factors outside our control. This timeline accounts for assembly, stress testing, and quality control procedures performed in Victoria. Shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.
Production Updates
Customers will receive email updates at key stages including Order Confirmation, Production Commencement, Final Quality Checks and Dispatch.
Product Development & Specifications
CrawlerMate™ is continually refined as part of our ongoing product development program. Specifications, features, accessories and design details may be updated prior to final production without notice.
Warranty Information
Every CrawlerMate™ unit includes a 6-month limited voluntary warranty, commencing from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
The warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship or assembly arising during normal professional use and operation in accordance with the supplied Operating & Safety Guide.
The voluntary warranty does not cover batteries, normal wear and tear, gradual component deterioration, accidental or impact damage, collision or rollover damage, misuse, neglect, inadequate maintenance, unauthorised modifications or repairs, incompatible batteries, chargers or accessories, or operation outside the recommendations contained in the Operating & Safety Guide.
All warranty claims are subject to assessment and require proof of purchase. Where an eligible claim is accepted, CrawlerMate may repair or replace the affected component. A complete replacement unit is not automatically provided.
