CrawlerMate Delivery & Pre-Order Terms

Thank you for choosing CrawlerMate. We are committed to transparency in our delivery process, especially for our pre-order customers. Please review the terms below regarding your allocation and shipping timelines.

Secure Your Allocation

Pre-orders reserve a position within the current production allocation, subject to manufacturing schedules, component availability and final order confirmation. Due to high demand and limited phase releases, your payment ensures priority allocation. Cancellations after production has commenced may be subject to restocking fees as outlined in our general sales agreement.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Production lead times are currently estimated at 8–12 weeks following the conclusion of the pre-order phase. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, component availability, testing requirements, freight delays and other factors outside our control. This timeline accounts for assembly, stress testing, and quality control procedures performed in Victoria. Shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Production Updates

Customers will receive email updates at key stages including Order Confirmation, Production Commencement, Final Quality Checks and Dispatch.

Product Development & Specifications

CrawlerMate™ is continually refined as part of our ongoing product development program. Specifications, features, accessories and design details may be updated prior to final production without notice.
